Liam Rado!! The lad has a great sense of humour and I thoroughly enjoyed test driving a couple of cars before I made a decision on the 2024 Mirage....and I LOVE IT! Hey, we have enough stress in the day to day of this crazy adventure called life, so sharing some laughs and being guided with good humour made the purchase an enjoyable experience. A+ Ibrahim was also a tremendous help in getting me through all the loopholes of the finance aspect (I suck at math and anything to do with numbers) and gave me a great deal! Our buying experience for an Eclipse Cross was positive. Orleans Mitsubishi responded immediately to my queries. Alex the sales rep made the buying process stress free. His patience and information were greatly appreciated.

We met with Alex at the beginning of March to look at purchasing a new vehicle. He answered all our questions and provided great information. He was able to provide several quotes based on the chosen vehicles along with different financing terms. There was no pressure to purchase or to make commitments. We went to a few other dealers in the area- all of which were very strong on the sales pitches. After visiting other dealerships, doing test drives and research, we financed our new vehicle with Orleans Mitsubishi with Alex at the end of March. The financing team answered all our questions and didn't push the extras. It was a great experience and we are happy with our purchase.
