My husband and I were interested in purchasing a new vehicle. We have been Toyota people so naturally we went to Toyota dealerships first and we were met with not so friendly salespeople. A relative told us to try Mitsubishi so we went to the closest one to our house and again was met with a very short and impatient salesperson. So we decided to give it one last shot and drove an hour away to the Orleans Mitsubishi Dealership. This is where we were met by Liam. A very smiley ,funny, friendly salesperson. And now we own a 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander. All the staff we have interacted with there were friendly. I highly recommend this dealership.

We were in a bind due to a problem with our current car and needed another car very quickly. We found a used one listed online that met all of our needs, located at Orleans Mitsubishi. We have had terrible experiences with dealerships so we were dreading going in to another one. We called ahead and spoke to Alex, who very kindly said they would have the car ready for us to look at when we got there. We showed up soon after, were greeted quickly and warmly by Georges, and sure enough, the car was ready to be seen. We were very hesitant to explain our situation (that we needed a car quickly) as we felt that a stereotypical "slimy salesperson" would be trying to take advantage of us. However, the experience was very different than expected. Georges was empathetic, kind, polite, and personable. He went out of his way to give us a great deal and ensure the car met our needs and was ready as soon as possible. He made himself available as needed to answer all of our questions and ensure we felt at ease before signing anything. When we returned to pick up the car, we met with Alex who helped us with the final details. Alex, was also very warm, kind, and patient, making sure we were happy and comfortable with the car. Even after the purchase was finalized, the staff continued to make themselves available for follow up and to answer any questions. We never felt like a number, or an inconvenience. The entire experience was amazing and very 'unexpected', given our previous dealership experiences. At Orleans Mitsubishi, we never felt like we were being manipulated, taken advantage of, or pressured into anything. Every employee we interacted with (sales, reception, financing) was kind and helpful. Zero slimy vibes! We absolutely could not have asked for a better car-buying experience and we highly recommended this dealership.
