Outstanding dealership. After having a previous visit to another dealership where I was not terribly impressed, I contacted Orleans Mitsubishi through their online portal. Asked a few questions, and provided some details regarding what I was looking for. I had a call Liam, one of their sales staff in about 10-15 minutes. We made arrangements for me to come in, see the vehicle I was looking at, and review my trade. Once at the dealership, I was dealt with fairly, with professionalism, and courtesy. I had a timeline for the visit, and Liam as well as the other staff were accommodating. We put together a deal where I was extremely pleased. The vehicle wasn't in stock, but he found it at another dealer in ON, and provided great communications throughout the process. Pick up went smooth, and the new RVR is exactly what I ordered. At a price I wanted. Plus for Mitsu for not only offering dealer incentives, but also a decent military discount as well.
