Switched to Orleans Mitsubishi for service on my 2024 RVR after too many negative experiences at my previous service dealer. The change is night and day. The team in Orleans are positive, friendly, competent, and respectful. I've used them twice now for regular maintenance and both times they were able to prepare me for future work and not simply surprise me with sudden "conveniently" necessary work. I'm a bit of a planner and this makes me much happier. I can't say enough about the entire team I've met in Orleans and I feel very good about the switch.
