After having a previous visit to another dealership where I was not terribly impressed, I contacted Orleans Mitsubishi through their online portal. Asked a few questions, and provided some details regarding what I was looking for.
I had a call Liam, one of their sales staff in about 10-15 minutes.
We made arrangements for me to come in, see the vehicle I was looking at, and review my trade.
Once at the dealership, I was dealt with fairly, with professionalism, and courtesy. I had a timeline for the visit, and Liam as well as the other staff were accommodating.
